Born and raised in Central Western Queensland, Adam understands rural communities and how they built the fabric of Australia. Adam’s family were small business proprietors in rural Queensland.
Holding a Bachelor of Agribusiness (major in Applied Finance) from the University of New England, Adam has 15 years of Agribusiness finance experience, most recently holding senior leadership roles with major Agribusiness lenders.
Experienced in succession planning, complex debt structures, hardship and turnaround support, Adam’s network includes a vast array of industry players and professionals across Queensland & New South Wales.
Adam is passionate about regenerative agriculture, helping the next generation of land custodians into business ownership and supporting rural and regional Australia.
With strong connections to the St George district in Queensland, Luke grew up on the Darling Downs and holds a Bachelor of Commerce (major in Accounting & Finance) from the University of Southern Queensland.
Luke has 10 years of finance experience, the last 7 years in senior relationship management roles with a leading Agribusiness lender. Skilled in accounting, taxation, entity structuring and asset protection strategies, Luke enjoys debt advisory and family succession planning for his clients.
Working with producers, Luke has extensive networks in the Maranoa region, as well as across Central & Western Queensland.
Loyalty and integrity are essential to Luke, and he is passionate about creating wealth for his clients and future generations of business owners in rural and remote Australia.
After successfully completing a Bachelor of Agribusiness, Brooke has amassed over 15 years’ experience in Agribusiness and Commercial Banking, her passion is helping customers achieve their business goals.
With this strong background in agricultural finance, Brooke plays a vital role in supporting her clients through her ability to understand the financial aspects of their business and prepare high quality lending submissions to help them achieve their goals. Brooke understands the importance and value of our regional communities, being able to work and reside in her local area allows Brooke to immerse herself in the community where she has established key connections and draws on these relationships to further her industry knowledge. She is passionate about the agricultural industry and helping the next generation of farmers.
Brooke, her husband Todd and their children reside on a rural property in the Western Downs region, this lifestyle gives Brooke firsthand understanding of the trials and tribulations of the agricultural industry.
Kate might be from the city originally but don’t let that fool you she is not afraid to get down to the core conversation and get the hard work done to get the best result for you; not the bank. With over 15 years of banking and finance experience, Kate has first-hand knowledge and understanding in navigating the complexities of the modern residential mortgage space.
Starting her career as a bank teller in Brisbane, she discovered a love of problem solving and supporting customers in many financial stages of life. Moving into the world of mortgage brokering gave Kate the opportunity to grow in her understanding of how to navigate the ever-changing world of banks and how we interact with them.
In her role with Homestead Agribusiness, she is very client focused; working with them to achieve long term and generational wealth - to add value in ways not thought about and to support transitions in life.
Kate wants to be able to contribute better information and understanding in a way that resonates with people who are out there living in the real world and are passionate about what she does and the impact it has.
Sunshine has recently joined the team bringing with her 20 years of banking experience, predominantly within the Agribusiness and Commercial Banking sectors with major lenders.
Sunshine is motivated in achieving quality outcomes for our clients and draws on the experience and expertise gained across her career to assist with the preparation of quality lending submissions to help with meeting the needs of our diverse range of clients.
Growing up in the Western Downs community of Meandarra, Dom has a strong connection to rural and regional communities and the businesses that operate in these areas. Having experienced life within his family’s transport and cattle enterprises in his childhood, Dom has an appreciation of the unique challenges and opportunities that come from operating businesses in rural communities. This understanding of agribusiness, rural living and experiences to date have led to Dom taking on his new role as Equipment Finance Specialist at Homestead Agribusiness.
Never one to shy away from a challenge Dom is no stranger to navigating the complex world of finance and business lending with past experience in the mortgage broking industry complementing his early learnings from being a part of his family business growing up. Prioritising relationships, building trust and ensuring his customers receive a personalised approach to their needs means that Dom leaves no stone unturned in his pursuit of delivering great outcomes when it comes to finding the right loan and structure for his clients purchasing the equipment they need to operate their businesses efficiently and profitably.
In his spare time Dom enjoys spending time with his wife Rachael, getting back out to Meandarra and chasing his cows around and supporting his local community events. It’s this community spirit and desire to see regional Australia prosper that we know Dom makes a fantastic addition to the Homestead Agri family and we look forward to seeing him continue to deliver great outcomes for his customers long into the future.
In her new role as Home Lending and Administration Assistant Brianna brings a calm disposition, attention to detail and organisation skills that have been built over the last 10 years in her prior roles.
With a strong customer service background and a focus on delivering excellent customer outcomes Brianna is motivated to connect with people and support them along their finance journey. Brianna is completing some additional studies in finance and plays a key role in supporting our customers towards their home ownership goals.
Known to us for some time before starting work with us, Kathy brings her excellent organisational skills to Homestead Agribusiness to assist with all things administrative for our customers.
With a dedication to delivering great outcomes for our customers, Kathy knows that everyone needs a little assistance from time to time with gathering all the pieces of the jigsaw puzzle that financial institutions require to support their requests, and this is her area of expertise.
In her spare time away from the Homestead office Kathy is a dog lover and enjoys traveling. We are excited to have Kathy join our team and wish her every success in her new role!
